1. How do I contact support?

Each app has a Contact Support function that launches your email client with pre-filled details. This helps us troubleshoot issues faster.

If you are unable to use the in-app contact feature, please email us at support@easyindicators.com.

2. Does my subscription auto-renew?

Yes, subscriptions auto-renew by default on both iOS and Android.

3. How do I cancel my subscription?

To stop auto-renewal, follow these steps:

For iOS (Apple App Store):

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap [Your Name] > Subscriptions.

  3. Select the subscription.

  4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

For Android (Google Play Store):

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Tap your Profile Icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.

  3. Select the subscription.

  4. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions.

4. Can I use your apps on platforms other than iOS and Android?

Not at the moment, but we are considering expanding to web and desktop (Windows & macOS) if there is enough demand.

5. What if I need a custom indicator or an additional instrument that your app doesn’t support?

If there is strong interest from users, we will do our best to add it.

6. How else can I support your work?

Becoming a paid subscriber on Substack helps us continue developing and improving our tools. Your support allows us to maintain our apps, add new features, and keep the service running.

7. Do you offer a free trial?

Currently, we do not offer a free trial. However, we plan to provide exclusive trials to paid Substack subscribers in the future.

8. Can I transfer my subscription between iOS and Android?

No, App Store and Google Play Store subscriptions are managed separately, so a subscription on one platform cannot be transferred to another.

9. Do you offer refunds for subscriptions?

Refund policies are handled by Apple and Google. You can request a refund through the respective app store:

  • Apple: Request a refund

  • For Google Play refunds:

    1. Go to play.google.com.

    2. At the top right, click your Profile picture.

    3. Click Payments & subscriptions > Budget & order history.

    4. For the order you want to return, click Report a problem.

    5. Select the option that describes your situation.

    6. Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.

    7. Click Submit.
